Moderator

Kevin is Lead Pastor of Oasis Church in Winter Haven.  As Moderator of the Association, Kevin is the presiding officer of the Association and is responsible to work in cooperation with the Mission Strategist, the other personnel of the Association, and its Teams.  

Vice Moderator

Mark Hodges serves as Lead Pastor of Winter Haven Baptist Church.  As Vice-Moderator, Mark assists the Moderator and assumes the responsibilities in the Moderator's absence. 

Clerk

Tracey, a member of Lake Shipp Baptist Church in Winter Haven,  is the Office Manager of the Ridge Baptist Association.  She serves as a non-voting member of the Administrative Team and is responsible for recording and maintaining the records  of the Association.

Co-Team Leader

Chris is Lead Pastor of Graceway Community Church in Winter Haven.  He is Co-Team Leader of this vital work with Joe Lemmons.  They lead the ambitious work of planting churches in unchurched areas of the Ridge Baptist Association.

Joe serves as Lead Pastor of Lake Shipp Baptist Church in Winter Haven. He is Co-Team Leader of this vital work with Mark Hodges. They lead the ambitious work of planting churches in unchurched areas of the Ridge Association.

Legacy Team Leader

Jim is a layman at First Baptist Church of Winter Haven.  He has served Baptists in multiple roles, locally and across the state of Florida. Jim's leadership in Legacy is to aid churches in protecting the property for Kingdom use. 

Youth Ministry Team Leader

Mike serves as Lead Pastor of The Rock of Winter Haven. Having served in youth ministry through the decades, he now uses the years of experience aiding churches in the development of stronger youth ministries.

Disaster Relief Team Leader

Bill is a layman at Northridge Church in Haines City. His contributes skillfully  in leading the Ridge Association in training and preparing and serving in natural disasters locally and beyond.
