Moderator

Mark Hodges serves as Lead Pastor of Winter Haven Baptist Church.  As Moderator of the Association, Mark is the presiding officer of the Association and is responsible to work in cooperation with the Mission Strategist, the other personnel of the Association and its teams.

Vice Moderator

Chris serves as Lead Pastor of Graceway Community Church in Winter Haven.  As Vice Moderator, Chris assists the Moderator and assumes the responsibilities in the Moderator's absence.

Tracey, a member of Lake Shipp Baptist Church in Winter Haven, is the Office Manager of the Ridge Baptist Association.  She serves as a non-voting member of the Administrative Team and is responsible for recording and maintaining the records of the Association.

Damon Jones serves as Pastor at Shady Hammock Baptist Church in Lake Wales.  He is the team leader of this vital ministry and leads the ambitious work of planting churches in unchurched areas of the Ridge Baptist Association.

Don Maiden is a longstanding member serving at NorthRidge Church in Haines City where he has been named Pastor Emeritus.

James Hurlburt serves as Worship & Youth Ministry Pastor of The Rock Church of Winter Haven.  As Associational Worship Leader, James leads worship for various meetings of the Association.

This position contributes skillfully in leading the Ridge Baptist Association in training, preparing, and serving in natural disasters locally and beyond.
